We’re seeking enthusiastic and talented Part-Time Line Cooks (Levels I-III) to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
As a Line Cook at Everline Resort & Spa, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes for our guests. Responsibilities vary by level, but may include:
Level I (Entry-Level):
Prepare ingredients and assist with basic food preparation
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Level II (Intermediate):
Cook and plate menu items according to chef’s specifications
Assist with prep and inventory management
Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes
Level III (Experienced):
Take lead on a specific station (e.g., grill, sauté, pantry)
Mentor and support junior cooks
Assist with menu planning and execution during peak service times
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred (required for Levels II & III)
Culinary training or equivalent experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and passion for great food
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Hourly Range: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr
