Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will support the initial setup and organization of the warehouse for Everline Transit. This position will assist with receiving, sorting, separating, labeling, organizing, and staging parts and materials to prepare the warehouse and production areas for startup operations.
The position requires frequent periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials weighing approximately 40–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. The successful candidate must be dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Separate and sort incoming parts, components, and materials by type, part number, or other designated criteria.
- Apply labels, identification tags, and other required markings to parts and materials.
- Verify labels and part identification against provided documentation or instructions.
- Organize and stage materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with initial warehouse setup and material organization.
- Move, lift, carry, and position parts and materials weighing approximately 40–50 pounds consecutively and repeatedly as required.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with inventory organization and basic material counts.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Report damaged, missing, mislabeled, or incorrectly located materials to the supervisor.
- Support production and warehouse teams with other startup-related material activities as assigned.
- Perform all work in accordance with company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry materials weighing 40–50 pounds.
