Job Summary
Manage multiple Crew Leads, each performing one to five jobs per day across Northern Ohio.
Responsibilities - WHAT YOU’LL DO
- 40-50 hour workweeks
- Scheduling personnel
- Client Contact
- Spend time onsite at approximately half of all jobs performed at the company to ensure all jobs are completed to the highest professional standard
- To work alongside Pavement Maintenance Technicians on all jobs where an extra hand is needed
- Use equipment to perform line painting, crack filling, seal coating, and asphalt repairs
- Communicate job status daily with your Manager
- Maintain equipment safety
- Additional tasks as required
Qualifications - WHAT YOU BRING
- A US driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work well independently unsupervised
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
- A manager position is an asset
- An Engineering educational background is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
