✅ Not Yet Licensed?

No problem! Start as a Qualifying Insurance Representative, sharpening your sales and communication skills while you study. EverLife pays for all licensing fees, courses, and exams — no matter the cost. Once licensed, you’ll seamlessly move into an Agent role with higher pay commissions.

• Excellent communication & listening skills
• Driven, coachable, & eager to grow 🌟
• People-focused with a strong work ethic
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience = a plus (not required)
• Must be 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must work in-person at our Lehi, UT office (Mon–Fri)

💰 Compensation

• Base pay starting at $20/hour
• Commissions monthly bonuses 🎯
• Earning potential up to $50 /hour based on performance
• Target annual compensation varies depending on path performance
