Role Description The Director of Retention is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT, responsible for shaping and leading strategies that increase client loyalty and long-term policy retention. This role oversees the design and execution of retention programs, collaborates with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement, and analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring retention metrics, optimizing communication touchpoints, coaching teams on best practices for client relationships, and ensuring processes support EverLife’s commitment to lifetime client support. The Director of Retention will also work closely with leadership to align retention initiatives with broader business goals and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing Management and Marketing to design and lead client retention initiatives.
- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Sales expertise to collaborate with sales teams and support strategies that drive renewal and cross-sell opportunities.
