We're looking for a Director of Medicare Client Success to lead, grow, and transform our Client Success and Retention organization. You'll inherit a great foundation with an existing team already in place, and the opportunity to help us double its size while creating the gold standard for Medicare member care.

- Lead and inspire our Medicare Client Success team.
- Recruit, hire, coach, and develop future leaders.
- Design and implement best-in-class onboarding and retention programs.
- Ensure every Medicare member receives exceptional service from enrollment through renewal.
- Help members navigate doctors, prescriptions, pharmacies, plan benefits, and healthcare resources.
- Develop processes that create a concierge-level experience.
- Oversee welcome packets, birthday cards, annual reviews, and ongoing member engagement.
- Create training programs, SOPs, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Partner closely with Sales, Compliance, Marketing, QA, and Operations.
- Use data to improve retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Continuously look for new ways to surprise and delight our members.
- 5 years of leadership experience in Medicare, healthcare, insurance, customer success, or client services.
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong operational and organizational skills.
- Experience building scalable processes and training programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A servant leader who genuinely enjoys helping people.
