Everlasting Wellness LLC is a rapidly growing, all-women, mission-driven outpatient mental health practice committed to elevating the voices and lived experiences of women across Pennsylvania. We specialize in maternal mental health, reproductive trauma, complex trauma, women’s issues, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and life-stage transitions. We are seeking a Salaried Clinical Supervisor ($65,000-$75,000) who is grounded, organized, ethical, and passionate about developing clinicians while ensuring quality, compliance, and excellent client care. This leadership role supports our Licensed Therapists, Pre-Licensed Clinicians, Graduate Interns, and specialized clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision in accordance with PA State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors regulations.
- Oversee the clinical development, performance, and documentation quality of assigned clinicians.
- Support onboarding, training, and continued competency development for new and existing team members.
- Promote adherence to professional ethics, best practices, clinical pathways, and evidence-based care.
- Must be able to travel to Royersford and Wyomissing Offices. Primary office will be the Royersford Office.
Clinical Oversight
- Maintain a small caseload (typically 15-20 clients/week) to model clinical excellence.
- Review documentation for accuracy, clinical integrity, timeliness, and compliance with insurance and state requirements.
- Support crisis consultation, case reviews, and clinical problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director, COO, and CEO on practice-wide initiatives and quality improvements.
Operational & Administrative
- Participate in leadership meetings, training sessions, case conferences, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor caseload capacity, scheduling concerns, and client progress metrics.
- Support team culture through respectful communication, active participation, and modeling professionalism on Slack and internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PA employment laws, insurance standards, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required with board-approved clinical supervisor status (or eligible to obtain upon hire).
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of perinatal mental health, trauma-informed care, and women’s mental health preferred.
- Experience supervising clinicians, interns, or clinical teams strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and a strengths-based leadership style.
