Position: Sales Rep.
Monthly Salary: $4,000 2% Commission

Position Overview:
Everlasting Kitchen & Bath of Memphis, LLC is pleased to offer you the position of Sales Rep. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers, work on cabinet design and quotes to sign contracts, provide customer support, and coordinate project logistics. You will work closely with the front and back teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience and efficient internal processes.
Working Hour: Mon - Sat 9am to 5:30pm
We open Monday to Saturday and close on Sunday. Sales reps must work on Saturday. If two days off is requested, the sales rep may pick any day off on the weekday.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Customer Sales & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Prepare quotes, agreements, invoices, and follow-up communication.
- Guide clients through material selections, design choices, and project expectations.
2. Cabinet & Countertop Design
- Assist clients with cabinet layouts, countertop selections, and project visualizations.
- Work with KCD, CounterGo, and other design tools.
- Communicate design requirements clearly to the fabrication and installation teams.
3. Job Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage calendars for laser templating, fabrication, and installation.
- Coordinate with the workshop, installers, and subcontractors.
- Track job progress from deposit → template → fabrication → install → final payment.
4. 2% Commission Eligibility
- Responsible for projects from Initiation to completion.
- 2% commission will be paid once final balance is collected for each job.
- Responsible for following up your own contractor and customer list.
- Walk-Ins will be rotated among sales reps.
- Recognition for hard work with consequences for neglect or carelessness.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $4,000 per month, monthly payroll
- 2% commission on each job
- Performance reviews every 12 months with potential salary or bonus adjustments.
- Generally aligned with the U.S., 6 paid holidays per year (New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day).
- After 1 year of employment, there will be 1 week PTO annually.
- End of year bonus will be determined by all owners.
