- Calendar and inbox command: the CEO's calendar is accurate a week out with zero double bookings and every meeting confirmed; the inbox is triaged daily and nothing urgent waits past the same business day
- Follow through tracking: every commitment that comes out of a meeting is logged with an owner and a due date; 95% or more close on time or get flagged before they slip
- Meeting preparation: agenda and a one page background packet in the CEO's hands before every external meeting, without being asked
