We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. If you are proactive, dependable, and skilled in repairs, we’d love to hear from you.Compensation:$18 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations.Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities like pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces.Conduct regular upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry.Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed.Qualifications:Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training.
