What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor position at Everhome Suites Bozeman?
The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.
Compensation:
$21 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys.
- Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records.
- Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome.
