Night Auditor

We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Night Auditor to support our overnight operations and deliver excellent service to our guests. This position serves as the main point of contact during nighttime hours and includes responsibilities such as guest check‑ins, completing laundry, handling reservations, and balancing nightly financial reports.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working overnight, can multitask, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.

Minimum Requirement: Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Choice Hotels International GSR or Night Auditor.

Candidates without this experience cannot be considered.

$17 hourly

• Complete nightly laundry duties and perform regular property walks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff to support smooth overnight operations.
• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Resolve guest concerns by coordinating with the appropriate departments to ensure timely solutions.
• Manage reservations by phone, email, or in person, including both individual and group bookings.
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and reconcile all transactions at the end of each shift.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.

• Minimum Requirement: Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Choice Hotels International GSR or Night Auditor. Candidates without this experience cannot be considered.
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest‑focused approach.
• Ability to perform essential job functions; reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants of all experience levels are welcome.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Proficiency with internet software and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience, preferably in extended‑stay hotels.
• Commitment to ensuring guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
• Ability to accurately process financial transactions, including payments and account reconciliation.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks to support guest comfort.
• Ability to use hotel management software for check‑ins, check‑outs, and room assignments.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing and distributing nightly financial reports.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures; all positions require completing laundry tasks.
• Ability to clean public spaces, remove trash, and perform additional cleaning duties as needed.
