A critical component of the role is to ensure that all who encounter our company see EverHome HealthCare as having a culture of compassion, accountability, results, and expertise, with a strong emphasis on customer service.We provide a wide range of services to help individuals remain in their homes.Some of our current client care includes working with clients with dementia, spinal cord injuries, brain injury, and bone and joint injury.Some of the nursing visits can include but are not limited to infusion therapy, wound care, setting medications, providing injections, compression wraps, urostomy appliance change, and ventilator care. We also provide Care Management services as well as RN Delegation. Preferred candidates will have a wide range of experience in many areas of nursing, including supervising caregivers.We provide services with CARE-Compassion, Accountability, Results, &Expertise.We take private payclients,so the documentation is amazing and simple!Duties, Responsibilities, & Accountabilities, Including but Not Limited To:RNHome HealthvisitsResponsible for RN delegations and documentation.If youdonthave experience with this, we can train youWrite Plans of Care and ensure they are being followedObserves client for changes in condition and reports such changes to the Clinical DirectorDocuments nursing observations, interventions, and evaluations of the care being providedDoing assessments, which include opening new client casesAddress emergent nursing issuesSupervise Caregivers (CNA, HCA) byprovidingcoaching and trainingClinical administrative workRotate being on-call for urgent nursing matters via phone or visitsQualifications Knowledge Required:Must be an RN in the State of Washington and graduated froman accredited School of NursingMustdemonstratean ability to practice independentlyin the delivery of nursing care2 to 3 years clinical experience; preferably in rehabilitation, home care, hospital, or hospiceAbility to read and write in EnglishRequire a reliable vehicle for use when traveling to worksitesA valid Washington State Drivers LicenseProof of current auto liability insuranceComputer literate with experiencein different computer programsStrong grasp of legal and ethical issuespertaining toconfidentialityCreative, flexible, and innovativeCommitment to excellence andhigh standardsIND2
