The Evergreen holding company team is comprised of 40 professionals based in San Francisco who are focused on capital allocation, M&A, executive level hiring, strategic board leadership, and finance and accounting. Join us for the Evergreen Women in Leadership Summit -- an immersive, all-day experience designed to educate, engage, and empower women pursuing leadership and entrepreneurship. You’ll connect with Senior and C-suite women across Evergreen, learn from our investing teams, and participate in an accelerated recruiting process for the Evergreen Executive Program (eXp).

Educate: You’ll be exposed to Evergreen’s forever-hold operating model and the core values that drive Evergreen’s mission to be the best home for businesses and their leaders. You’ll hear from Evergreen’s senior women leaders through a fireside chat and interactive panel, offering advice and insight into career progression. 

Engage: You’ll connect with Evergreen’s women leaders across the firm as well as fellow attendees from undergraduate and MBA programs, including through social events, mentorship initiatives, and interactive workshops.

Empower: You’ll define professional development goals and hone business acumen through guided workshops. You’ll discover opportunities to launch your career at Evergreen’s investing team and learn from existing team members.

Whether you’re a first- or second-year MBA interested in entrepreneurship, this summit is a unique opportunity to learn from women who’ve walked your path. Qualifications 

• Current MBA Student (First or Second Year)
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, business operations and leadership
• All individuals that meet the criteria above are welcome to apply, but the programming will be tailored to the female experience

Details: 

• This 1-day summit will take place Friday, January 23, 2026 in San Francisco. You must be available to attend the full-day in-person
• We will offer scholarships to cover transportation and lodging for select students
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided. A social reception will close out the day
• Those selected to attend will be notified in December 2025
• Registration Deadline: December 1st 2025
