About evergreenDIRECT Credit Union: eDCU is a financially strong not-for-profit financial institution headquartered in Tumwater Washington, with 26 team members and two branches. We serve members throughout the State of Washington. We have a history of providing maximum value to our membership with an emphasis on building deep relationships in financial trust that last a lifetime.
We are seeking a full-time Member Service Representative (MSR) to fill an immediate opening. Our MSRs serve as tellers, new accounts, and member service advocates. They also provide a host of behind-the-scenes roles to serve our Account Managers and support staff. Our MSRs work collaboratively with all team members and are the primary link between eDCU and our members. MSRs play a vital role as problem-solvers and opportunity seekers.
We are a credit union seeking to truly make a difference in our members' financial lives and we empower our staff to make this happen. We have seen tremendous success over the past several years and we need to find the right candidate to build on this success. We are looking for someone who shares our creative spirit in all we do to support our mission.
eDCU is an exciting and fast-paced organization that relies on quick decision makers. This position offers a pay range between $18.25 and $20.25 per hour depending on experience. We need someone with an established skill level. As such we have the following requirements:
- Must be computer proficient
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Previous cash handling experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Credit union experience is a plus
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Scheduling flexibility necessary to meet service needs. This position supports both branch locations so transportation flexibility is needed.
