Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Physician Assistant to join our family practice healthcare team. 5 days a week on site in office Monday thru Friday 8 to 5, no nights no weekends no holidays and HALF DAY TUESDAYS.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and medical needs.
- Assist in diagnostic evaluations by interpreting laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic tests such as EHR data management and medical imaging.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with collaborative practice agreements, adhering to DEA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Perform procedures including suturing, injection administration (e.g., botulinum toxin treatments), wound care, and aseptic techniques.
- Manage acute pain cases, ventilator support, airway management, and critical care interventions within Level I and Level II trauma centers or ICU environments.
- Document patient encounters accurately using EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in clinical research trials, data collection efforts, and quality improvement initiatives to advance healthcare practices.
