Culture Solutions Director

Compass is on a mission to build the largest and most impactful culture education and consulting firm.

This position is responsible for leading the delivery of Compass services for education, experiences, and change. It will also involve building the processes and content we use in delivering these solutions and partnering with sales on closing new business opportunities.

• Partner with sales on customizing solutions, nurturing leads and closing new business opportunities.
• Define and manage project plans for the delivery of Compass services including client management and leading the internal Compass team supporting the work.
• Lead the design and delivery of Compass sessions – our flagship 1-2 day offsite to improve connection and unite a team in support of improvement plans.
• Design and administer culture explorations, including interviews, exploration meetings, Compass sessions and surveys.
• Analyzing culture exploration results, including the identification of common themes, strengths, weaknesses, and improvement alternatives.
• Lead client culture and performance teams to facilitate implementation of Compass services and associated improvement plans.
• Plan and deliver workshops and other educational services.
• Create solution summaries, work instructions and templates to support the definition and delivery of Compass services.

• This position requires the ability to work on assignments that are very complex in nature where independent action, judgement and a high degree of initiative are required.
