Duties

• Assist in the installation of hardscape features including stone, brick, concrete, and masonry elements according to project plans and schematics
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to prepare surfaces, lay materials, and complete finishing touches
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise placement of materials and adherence to design specifications
• Perform site preparation tasks such as grading, excavation, and concrete forming for outdoor structures
• Collaborate with team members on building material installation, masonry work, and restoration projects across various construction sites
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to maintain a secure job environment
• Use hand tools effectively for tasks like caulking, plastering, tile laying, and framing to achieve high-quality results

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on outdoor work environments and hardscape projects
• Familiarity with construction management practices, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to outdoor installation work
• Knowledge of building construction techniques including masonry, concrete finishing, roofing, stucco application, and glass or cabinet installation
• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, or remodeling projects is a plus but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocol adherence
• Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills; ability to interpret schematics and technical instructions effectively

Pay: $22.00 - $30.51 per hour
