Evergreen Woods Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring * is hiring an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor* for 16 hour shifts to oversee the direct nursing care of assigned residents.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Florida RN License
- Ability to meet all health, compliance, and competency requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet)
- Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
- Two years of nursing supervisory experience, preferred
- Two Years of Skilled Nursing experience required
- Valid BLS certification, required
