Evergreen Village has a remarkable opportunity for an exceptional, responsible FRONT DESK COORDINATOR to manage the busy reception area of our beautiful assisted living community in Prescott, AZ.
The FRONT DESK COORDINATOR is responsible for facilitating resident and guest enjoyment by providing information and assistance in response to a wide variety of requests.
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our active community. In this role, you’ll handle a high volume of customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person) while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring each resident and guests receive prompt, professional support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

Essential duties:
- Answering Phones in a professional and pleasant manner
- Taking messages and relaying them to appropriate parties
- Problem solving & finding solutions to the needs of the community
- Entering work orders into the maintenance management system
- Monitoring lobby for visitor compliance
- Ensuring the lobby is in a presentable and welcoming condition. Greeting all regular and new visitors
- Creating and distributing community wide communications as directed
- Maintaining Resident/employee phone list
- Arranging and coordinating transportation for residents
- Assist residents with room service orders
- Welcoming all guests, identifying the purpose of their visit and directing them appropriately
- Take inquiry calls and secure essential information when sales team is unavailable.
- Assisting during the new move-in process
- Creating flyers and invitations for the activities department
- Organizing/Scheduling appointments/meetings
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure the best experience for residents possible
Schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday.
8:30am to 5:00pm
Weekend and holiday coverage required
**This seasonal/temporary position is expected to last 3-4 months.**

- Experience in Senior Living or at minimum excitement to work with seniors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Efficient with Google and Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn proprietary software
- Familiarity with phone switchboard
- Ability to relay accurate information in a timely and appropriate manner
- Understanding of Confidentiality
- Willingness and ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
