Qualifications
- Current Licensed/Credentialed Veterinary Technician with 3 years of experience of technical and clinical skills
- Ability to effectively lead and communicate with team members and clients
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat

Responsibilities
- Co-lead medical team using advanced technical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication
- Prep and lead surgery, monitor anesthesia, and recover patients under the supervision of a veterinarian
- Provide exceptional care to companion animals and educate clients on preventative care
- Read animal body language to safely restrain patients
- Perform routine procedures such as vaccines, nail trims, blood draws, IV catheter placement, radiographs, urinary catheterization, injections
- Create and fill prescriptions under the direction of a veterinarian
- Use laboratory equipment to run blood tests, urinalysis, cytologies
