Job Title: Full-Time Paver Laborer

We’re seeking a dependable and hardworking Paver Laborer to join our growing team. You’ll help build high-end outdoor living spaces including patios, pool decks, and walkways. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in craftsmanship, and want steady work with a respected local company—this is the opportunity for you. In addition, we will cross train you to support our artificial turf install team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site prep, layout, and excavation
• Install pavers, retaining walls, and hardscape materials
• Operate hand tools, compactors, and basic machinery
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Support team goals and meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Experience in paver installation or outdoor construction preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
