Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Contract Administrator **to support our operations and project teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction/technology environment and can manage multiple administrative functions with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and field teams
- Prepare, review, and track project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders)
- Assist with contract administration and compliance documentation
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications with clients and vendors
- New project setup including Slack channel
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support invoicing, billing, and basic accounting coordination
- Track project progress and assist with reporting
- Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
- Order permits
- Assist with project closeout, documentation, warranties, as-builts and O&M manuals
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative experience (construction or low voltage industry preferred)
- Familiarity with contract documents and construction workflows is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting low voltage, electrical, or construction companies
- Knowledge of permitting, compliance, or union environments (a plus)
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
