What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet position at Evergreen Subaru?
Evergreen Subaru is seeking a highly motivated professional with superior customer service skills to join our team.
Primary Duties
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Moving customer vehicles as they are being checked in for their appointments.
- Ensuring there is a full line of clean loaner vehicles ready for customers.
- Retrieving customer vehicles who are waiting to be checked out.
Additional Duties
- Running customer and loaner vehicles through our car wash as needed.
- Completing a quick clean of our loaner vehicles as time permits.
- Occasionally shuttling customers in the local community.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Prior in person customer service experience preferred.
- Saturday availability is expected. (5-day work schedule; day off during the week is flexible)
