The Service Advisor at Evergreen Subaru works with customers to decide on the best course of action for caring for their vehicle. In addition, this person is responsible for answering phones, working with customers in the service drive, checking in vehicles, writing Repair Orders, and working daily to help create loyal customers (both internal and external)!
The Service Advisor works closely with the the Service Manager, the parts department, and our team of technicians in a way that enhances customer satisfaction, long-term customer loyalty, and referrals. Prior experience is required, as well as a demonstrated ability to translate automotive repair into understandable terms. We have a philosophy of honest and open communications - both with customers and staff. Simply put, we seek to deliver a truly exceptional automotive purchase and ownership experience.
Qualifications
1) At least 1 year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred
2) A valid, clean driver's license is required
3) Ability to use a computer is necessary
4) Saturday AND Sunday availability is expected
