As the leader of this department, you will be responsible for both delivering outstanding massage treatments and managing the day-to-day operations of the massage program.

Key Responsibilities

As the Massage Department Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional massage treatments to our guests.
• Overseeing all massage scheduling and therapist coordination, ensuring appointments are managed efficiently and guest needs are met.
• Managing the daily operations of the massage department and ensuring seamless execution of services.
• Training, mentoring, coaching, and developing massage therapists to maintain Evergreen Spa's luxury service standards.
• Creating, implementing, and continuously refining massage protocols, treatment standards, and operational procedures.
• Managing massage inventory, supplies, linens, and treatment room readiness to ensure the department is always fully stocked and operational.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements to continuously elevate the massage experience.
• Working closely with spa leadership to grow and expand the massage department.
• Maintaining accountability, organization, and consistency throughout all massage operations.

When you are not scheduled with massage appointments, you will remain an active part of the spa's daily operations by assisting at the Front Desk, welcoming guests, supporting reception, answering phones, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional luxury experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time leadership position, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

As the Massage Department Manager, you will also be expected to remain available by phone outside of scheduled hours to support your team, answer operational questions, and address any urgent matters that may arise. As the leader of the massage department, your role is to ensure the department operates smoothly and maintains Evergreen Spa's exceptional standards at all times.

Compensation

We believe leadership should be rewarded.

• 50% commission on every massage service you personally perform.
• $30.00 per hour for all non-treatment hours spent managing operations, supporting Front Desk responsibilities, and overseeing the massage department.

This unique compensation structure allows you to maximize your earning potential while being compensated for your leadership and operational responsibilities.
