Job Description
As a Client Care Specialist, you are the welcoming voice and helpful hand behind our growing company. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping them feel heard, understood, and taken care of. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the office and technician schedule running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
- Dispatch technicians and manage appointment schedules
- Enter purchase orders and process invoices
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
- Communicate clearly and positively with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and excellent phone presence
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Previous experience in plumbing/HVAC or related industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Driver's license (preferred)
