The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, training, and mentoring caregiver and med tech personnel to deliver clinical care and within scope of practice and coordinates care delivery, which ensures resident’s needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
