Role Description
There are Full time, Part time, and per diem on-site roles for Nurse Practitioners located in Farmington, Brewer, Bridgeton, Lewiston, Cape Elizabeth and others. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our senior residents. Daily tasks include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing patient care, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans. The role also involves educating patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications
- Clinical assessment and medical diagnosis skills
- Experience in developing and managing treatment plans
- Medication prescription and management skills
- Patient education and health maintenance knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team
- Current Nurse Practitioner License in the state of Maine
- Advanced practice nursing degree (Master's or Doctorate)
- Experience working with senior populations is a plus
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
