Duties
- Safely operate vehicles, , while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload products using a pallet jack and ensure that all items are secured for transport.
- Deliver goods to designated locations in a timely manner, maintaining a professional demeanor with customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Handle heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays promptly to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients during deliveries.
Experience
- Previous experience as a pump truckdriver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols is essential.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job effectively.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns will be beneficial.
