What you will do
Prepare, portion, and cook menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes.
Follow food quality, cooking temperature, and presentation standards.
Set up, stock, and organize your station before and during service.
Communicate with teammates to keep orders accurate and well timed.
Check ingredients for freshness and rotate products correctly.
Use kitchen tools and equipment safely.
Keep your station clean and follow food handling, sanitation, and closing procedures.
