- Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and competitor pricing to assist with setting rental rates
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations in all leasing activities
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using property management software, to track leasing activities and manage tenant information
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Basic understanding of real estate administrative tasks, including lease preparation and documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for general office tasks
- Handle companies social media postings
