You'll work alongside designers, project managers, and others on custom projects throughout Western PA. What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential carpentry, rough and finish work at a high-end level
- Proven Leadership: You'll lead and mentor carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors on site, assign work, and hold the crew to our quality standard
- Project Oversight: Manage residential remodel and addition projects from start to finish, keeping them on schedule and within budget
- Safety and Quality Focused: Enforce job site safety, manage tools and materials, and uphold company policy
- Client Relations: Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, provide progress and cost updates, and make sure their expectations are met
- Team Spirit: Work collaboratively with the office team and other trades, share knowledge, and keep building your skills
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- A minimum of 5 years of residential carpentry experience
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable ability to work on-site in Wexford, PA and surrounding residential areas
