Job Summary:
The Compliance Analyst will play a key role in supporting audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and internal governance initiatives across multiple client engagements. This role requires strong ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and disciplined way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting compliance reviews and supporting internal and external audit activities
• Analyzing operational and regulatory data to identify risks and gaps
• Preparing clear, actionable reports with findings and recommendations
• Supporting the development and refinement of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders
This role is ideal for someone who can operate with both precision and pace, and who is comfortable working in a consulting environment with evolving priorities.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with financial data analysis and reporting
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Effective time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and/or Six Sigma principles is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
Education and Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law,
• Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Compliance Professional (CCP), or similar are a plus
