Pharmacy Technician (Bilingual English/Spanish)
We are currently looking for a Pharmacy Technician who can speak both English and Spanish to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Typing and processing prescription orders accurately
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients with pharmacy-related questions
- Calling patients regarding prescriptions, refills, and medication pickups
- Assisting patients at the pharmacy counter
- Processing payments and insurance information
- Preparing and filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Maintaining accurate patient and prescription records
- Assisting with daily pharmacy operations and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Current Pharmacy Technician registration/certification (if required by state law)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
