Mosquito Control Technician

Job Description:

The Mosquito Control Technician will be responsible for their own route in which they will perform mosquito and tick control services

Successful candidates will have a high attention to detail, a growth mindset, and a focus on exceptional customer service.

Who We Are:

Evergreen Organic Mosquito Control is a locally owned and operated company that specializes in natural mosquito and tick control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are NOT limited to:

• Providing professional pest control with a focus on excellent customer service
• Proper application techniques and compliance with State Department of Agriculture standards, rules, and regulations
• Completion of required paperwork
• Loading assigned vehicle
• Maintaining a clean vehicle and equipment
• Community sales - door hangers, D2D, quote interested prospective customers

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience in lawn care or pest control
• Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays
• Have valid state driver’s license with less than 4 points
• Be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more comfortably
• Active Illinois pesticide operator license

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
