Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in La Porte, TX, for Hydroblast Operators, Crew Leads, Supervisors, and Project Managers. Team members will operate high-pressure water blasting equipment to clean process equipment, tanks, lines, and surfaces in industrial environments, following strict safety and operational procedures. Crew Leads and Supervisors will coordinate daily work assignments, oversee job setup and equipment inspections, ensure compliance with safety standards, and provide hands-on guidance and training to crew members. Project Managers will plan and manage projects from scope development through completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, customer communication, and documentation of work performed. All roles will collaborate closely with operations, safety personnel, and customers to deliver reliable, high-quality service while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant worksite.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with hydroblasting or high-pressure water jetting equipment, including safe setup, operation, and shutdown.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, PPE use, and hazard recognition.
- Experience working in industrial facilities such as refineries, petrochemical plants, power generation sites, or similar heavy industry environments.
- Leadership capabilities for Crew Leads, Supervisors, and Project Managers, including team coordination, task delegation, and on-the-job training.
- Project planning and execution skills for supervisory and management roles, including scheduling, budgeting awareness, and progress reporting.
- Ability to read and follow job plans, procedures, and technical instructions, and to complete accurate job documentation and reports.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with team members, safety staff, and customer representatives.
- Physical ability to perform demanding field work, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and participate in turnarounds or emergency response as needed.
- Valid
