- Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering questions and resolving issues
- Promote bank products and services to clients
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
