Responsibilities
- Perform lawn treatments of fertilizer and weed control, as well as disease control, to create pristine turf conditions.
- Operate tools such as sprayers, hoses, and spreaders.
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems to keep landscapes properly watered and healthy.
- Conduct landscape enhancements via shrub care to promote plant health and deal with diseases and pests to create an aesthetic appeal.
- Assist with company projects as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Demonstrates mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools.
- Background in lawn care and treatment or horticulture preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate tools safely and effectively.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage time and routes.
- Ability to professionally interact with customers and be helpful and informative.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of outdoor aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
