Role Description: This is a part-time, on-site Crew Member role located in Appleton, WI. Crew Members support lawn care and landscaping services, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and general grounds maintenance. Daily tasks may also include planting, mulching, leaf and debris removal, and assisting with seasonal services such as snow removal or cleanup. The role involves operating lawn equipment and tools safely, following instructions from crew leaders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Crew Members are expected to arrive on time, work effectively as part of a team, and interact respectfully with clients and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform outdoor physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care or landscaping practices, or willingness to learn on the job.
