About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Landscape Crew Leader who can lead a small team, organize daily operations, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a crew of 3–6 landscaping professionals.
- Oversee landscape installations, planting, mulch, edging, grading, and property enhancements.
- Read and execute project scopes and installation plans.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and crew members are organized.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and cleanliness.
- Identify and resolve job-site challenges.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and management.
- Track daily progress, crew hours, and material needs.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and minimize unnecessary waste.
Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on landscaping experience preferred.
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating compact equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lead by example and work alongside the crew.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of performing outdoor landscaping work.
