Private company has an immediate opening for a full-time Custodian/House Cleaner. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented person who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating clean, comfortable spaces for our employees and guests. This position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our various commercial and residential locations in and around Lebanon, Missouri.
ABOUT EVERGREEN INVESTMENTS:
Evergreen Investments, LLC – located in Lebanon, Missouri – is a private equity firm focusing on the buyout of small to mid-size companies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interior cleaning of business offices including: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, countertops, and fixtures. Vacuum carpets and rugs and clean hard-surface flooring. Dust and polish furniture, decor, and fixtures. Clean windows. Trash removal.
- Interior cleaning and upkeep of other properties monthly to maintain livability. Clean and restock guest rooms and other assigned areas for events held throughout the year. Assist with special cleaning projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Inventory housekeeping supplies, requisition supplies or equipment as needed and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, and safety hazards promptly to your supervisor.
- Certain duties of this position are classified as “safety-sensitive.” Therefore, the person in this position will be subject to a pre-hire mandatory test for drugs and/or alcohol and may be required to test on a random basis.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Must have a valid driver license and the ability to drive to separate locations in a reliable street legal vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
