You will work directly with warm leads and outbound opportunities generated by the agency while building long-term client relationships through trust, education, and exceptional service.

- Generate new business through outbound calling, lead follow-up, referrals, and agency-provided opportunities
- Educate prospects on insurance coverage options and recommend solutions that fit their needs
- Follow the Evergreen Insurance Solutions sales process consistently
- Manage and maintain a pipeline within the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects and clients in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure applications and underwriting information are accurate and complete
- Collect required documentation and obtain electronic signatures
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
