The Opportunity
This is an entry point into a serious career — not a dead-end admin role. You'll start as a Jr. Processor, learning the mechanics of mortgage lending from the inside out.

What You'll Do
• Support the loan processing pipeline — organizing files, collecting documentation, and keeping transactions moving from application to close
• Get deep into the details of loan programs, guidelines, and conditions — this is precision work that rewards people who genuinely enjoy the details
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and title companies to keep everything on track
• Learn loan program nuances, underwriting logic, and compliance requirements alongside experienced team members
• Spot gaps, flag issues early, and take ownership of your corner of the process
• Grow your knowledge week over week — this team moves fast and shares everything it knows
