Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) role located in Charlotte, NC and surround. The Private Duty Nurse will be responsible for delivering personalized nursing care to patients in their homes to support their specific medical needs. Daily tasks include administering medication, monitoring patient health, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and providing patient and family education. The role emphasizes patient safety, comfort, and fostering independence.
Qualifications
- Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in Private Duty Nursing or Private Duty roles
- Strong foundational knowledge of Nursing and Medicine
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- CPR certification and adherence to healthcare compliance standards
- Previous experience in home healthcare is a plus
