Job Summary

Village Health Care is seeking a Van Driver to safely, timely, and reliably transport residents to and from appointments and the center

Essential Functions

• Maintain safe and courteous motor vehicle operation in compliance with applicable laws.
• Perform safe transfer of residents from bed to chair, chair to bed.
• Perform safe loading and unloading of residents to and from transport van.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safe operation of the vehicle.
• Report vehicle accidents, traffic citations, or incidents immediately and complete required reports.
  
  
  

Education, Licensure, And Experience

• Required: Valid driver’s license and has an acceptable driving record
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant licensure.
