What You’ll Do:
- Support clinical teams with timely and accurate MDS assessments
- Coordinate ARDs and IDT participation across multiple facilities
- Conduct on-site visits for training, audits, and assessment support
- Utilize EMR systems to complete MDS documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Promote quality outcomes through collaboration with facility leadership
- Step in to support urgent MDS coverage needs at facilities experiencing staffing gaps, including temporarily filling in during transitions until a permanent replacement is hired.
- Compact and single state RN license to support NV, OR, WA, WY, SD, MT (current and unencumbered)
- 4 years as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong understanding of the RAI process and care planning
- Comfortable with travel across multiple states (West and Mid-West)
- Proficient in EMR systems (PointClickCare preferred)
- RAC-CT Certification
- Medicare utilization review experience
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
