Job Summary

Cascade Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to be responsible for the maintenance and safety of our center, including Fire and Safety compliance.

Essential Functions:

• Implements and maintains established preventative maintenance programs.
• Performs basic repairs to plumbing, electrical, and equipment.
• Coordinates compliance with local, state, and federal codes and guidelines for safety and other relevant rules and regulations.
• Conducts fire and disaster preparedness drills as required.
• Coordinates annual maintenance programs.
• Maintains inventory control for all general supplies parts and equipment.
  
  
  

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Required: General experience in equipment maintenance
• Required: Able to assess physical plant problems and respond
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing, copper, galvanized, and plastic pipe
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of HVAC unit maintenance and repairs.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of building codes, fire regulations, and emergency plant operations.
• Demonstrated skills in construction techniques.
• Knowledge of materials used in building construction and maintenance.
