Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) needed for Skilled Nursing Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota area!

JOB SUMMARY:

Vital Care Staffing Solutions, LLC (part of Evergreen Healthcare Group) is currently seeking an Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As an interim nursing home administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Financial Management
• Quality Management
• Human Resource Management
• Physical Plant Management
• Marketing & Community Relations
• Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
  
  
  

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Required: Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in South Dakota
• Preferred: Two years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
