Interim Nursing Home Administrator

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator needed for Skilled Nursing Center in Daly City, CA for a 30–60-day Interim NHA assignment starting Dec 17, 2025.

JOB SUMMARY:

Vital Care Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As a nursing home administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Financial Management
• Quality Management
• Human Resource Management
• Physical Plant Management
• Marketing & Community Relations
• Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
  
  
  

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Required: Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in California
• Preferred: Two years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
